Accreditation is the way the BBB recognizes companies that go beyond the norm in the way they handle their business and take care of their customers. If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means the BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.

ACCREDITATION:
  • to designate officially as meeting
  • all formal standards; to make
  • authoritative, credible or reputable

BBB Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. Businesses that meet our high standards are invited to apply for Better Business Bureau Accreditation. Businesses meeting BBB standards are presented to local Boards of Directors (or designees) for review and acceptance as a BBB Accredited Business. Since BBB Accreditation is by invitation, I hope you will consider our communication a compliment to your business and your reputation.
