BBB Business Reviews - Whenever a potential customer, investor, employee contacts the BBB to ask about your company, they receive a detailed Business Review that identifies your company as an BBB Accredited Business. In addition, they will see a letter grade rating which measures the BBB’s degree of confidence that your business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve customer concerns. We will also provide important information about your past marketplace performance, license verification, address, telephone numbers, plus a brief description of products and/or services offered. In addition, your report will include a direct link to your company website. Potential customers will also find your name listed in the BBB’s

  • a. Color scheme. AB's Reviews are green; non-AB's Reviews are gold/orange.

  • b. Statement of Accreditation. Each Review will clearly state whether a business is BBB accredited or not.

  • c. Photo/video tab. AB's may submit photos and videos of their businesses; non-AB's cannot.

  • d. Discount coupons. AB's may submit discount coupons on behalf of their businesses; non-AB's cannot.

BBB Accredited Business Seal* The Online Accreditation Seal Program allows you to display a special “Click to Check” Online BBB Accredited Business Seal on your website and lists your company and its website in our national searchable database receiving thousands of visits monthly.

The highly recognized Better Business Bureau torch seal gives your customers the assurance that they are doing business with a company that is properly licensed, abides by honest and ethical advertising, is free from unusual volume or pattern of complaints and legal actions involving it's business practices. It also shows your companies commitment to the BBB’s Principles of Trust to include to: Build Trust, Advertise Honestly, Tell the Truth, Be Transparent, Honor Promises, Safeguard Privacy, Be Responsive and Embody Integrity. Mediation and Arbitration - We offer Mediation and Arbitration services to our Accredited Businesses. In the event a complaint is filed against your company, the BBB will act as an impartial third party to assist in resolution. This helps to keep you out of the court system and government regulation to a minimum.
